On January 21, 2021, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed Decision No. 193/QD-BCT correcting technical regulations issued according to a number of previous circulars, including National Technical Regulation QCVN 05 :2020/BCT
National technical regulation QCVN 05A:2020/BCT was promulgated for the first time on December 21, 2020 together with Circular No. 48/2020/TT-BCT with the initial regulation number QCVN 05:2020/BCT. on safety standards in the production, trading, use, storage and transportation of dangerous chemicals.
On January 21, 2021, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed Decision No. 193/QD-BCT correcting technical regulations issued according to a number of previous circulars, including National Technical Regulation QCVN 05 :2020/BCT. Corrections include:
- Change the original regulation number QCVN 05:2020/BCT to QCVN 05A:2020/BCT
- Change the effective date from 01/07/2021 to 01/01/2022.
Regarding the content, compared with the previous regulations, QCVN 05A:2020/BCT has some key changes related to the storage and transportation of dangerous chemicals listed in the following table:
